You’d Beet Surprise

Recipe

3 bunches (4 cups or 32 oz.) — Red Beets

3 bunches (4 cups or 32 oz.) — Carrots

4 Medium  (2 cups or 16 oz.) — Green Apples

1 cup or 8 oz. — Pineapple

4-6 (1 cup or 8 oz.) — Lemons

1 sliver — Ginger

Makes (3) 32 oz. or 96 oz.

You should drink 1, 32 oz. throughout the day!

Benefits

Red Beets

Fights Cancer Carotenoids phytonutrients, and betalains inhibits growth of cancer cells in colon, breast, ovarian, prostate, lung tumors.
